Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account data: email address, optional display name and avatar, managed by our authentication provider (Clerk).
- Goal data: the goals, tasks, and completions you create. Stored on your device and synced to our servers so your history survives reinstalls and device switches.
- Device timezone: so reminders and daily summaries arrive at the right local time.
- Purchase status: whether you have an active subscription, via RevenueCat and Apple. We never see your payment details.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and basic performance data (Sentry), when enabled, to keep the app working.
What we do NOT do
No ads. No selling or renting your data. No social features. Your goals are visible only to you.
AI features
If you enable the AI coach or daily recommendations (Pro), the relevant goal and task text is sent to our AI model provider to generate responses, along with coaching memory you can view and delete in Profile → AI settings. AI features are off until you use them, and toggleable.

Retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account in Profile → Account permanently removes your server-side data (goals, tasks, completions, AI memory, and the account record) and your authentication account. Local data on your device is wiped at the same time.
Your rights
You can export your data from the app, correct it by editing it, and delete it entirely. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights (access, portability, objection). Contact us and we'll honor them.
Changes
We'll announce material changes to this policy in the app.
