Terms of Service
1. What Reach is
Reach is a personal goal-tracking app: you lay out long-running goals on a timeline and check off the small daily tasks that feed them. The service is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
Sign-in is provided through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Reach.
3. Your content
Your goals, tasks, and completions are yours. We claim no ownership over them and use them only to operate the service for you (see the Privacy Policy). You can export your data and delete your account, including all server-side data, from inside the app at any time.
4. Subscriptions
Optional Pro features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store, brokered by RevenueCat. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel them in your App Store subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
5. AI features
Pro includes optional AI features (a goal coach and daily recommendations). AI output is generated by a third-party model provider and can be wrong; it is suggestions for your own goal planning, not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice. AI features are toggleable and only process your data when you use them.
6. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or access other people's data, and no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using Reach and delete your account at any time from Profile → Account. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
